I went to the Dr's today. All was well -- I actually didn't get yelled at for losing weight, but he said I better not lose any more from here on out.
When the Dr went to listen for the heartbeat, I started sneezing and couldn't stop for a little bit. Finally, I did - but the Dr said I must have scared the baby since he couldn't pick up a heartbeat. We moved into the sonogram room where I could see the head, arms, legs, and spine, plus the heartbeat. (No, I did not see anything else -- wait until next month.) I did get to see the baby move which startled me -- I wasn't expecting to see that, but it was really cool.
Nina: I too was sick all day and lost weight. I actually weighed less after Sandra was born than before I became pregnant. Must be genetic! The doctor will keep yelling, but just assure him that you ARE eating.
